Exchange & returns

Full-price articles can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as tags are attached and the article is unworn and unwashed.

Sale articles, unstitched fabric that has been cut, and home textiles that have been used cannot be exchanged.

Email customer care with your order number and the article code. We arrange a pickup in serviced cities, or you can drop the parcel at any courier counter.
